You've taken the first step in becoming a Heartland Certified Stay!

Your On-Boarding Fee Covers:

Inspection Fee - paid directly to our 3rd party independent inspectors.

STAY Essentials - once approved into membership, we equip you with the necessary tools to become ambassadors of our brand!

Additional Requirements:

One (1) complimentary overnight STAY (M-TH) for the inspectors.

Process:

Once you've finalized your transaction, you will be directed to complete your application | Your application will be reviewed and loaded to your new member portal | You will receive email confirmation and introductions to your inspector with whom you will coordinate your overnight inspection. | Once you have access to your portal, you will start to On-Board your STAY | Upon approval into membership, you Heartland Certified STAY listing will go-live and you will receive your STAY Essential box.

Annual Subscription Rates:

After you are have on-boarded your STAY - your first 6 months are complementary. Subscriptions automatically renew annually and are based on rentable spaces.
